Rating courses
Make your hobby a profession
Skydive Sofia is a United States Parachute Association foreign affiliate. All courses we conduct are under USPA rules.
We also follow the regulations of the British Parachute Association and the Bulgarian Skydiving Association.
With us, you can build a parachuting career from a coach to instructor examiner.
In addition to courses for obtaining A, B, C, and D licenses, you can also receive a rating for tandem or AFF instructor.
We also offer specialized rigging courses – if you want to learn to rig not only your main parachute, but also your spare one and make small repairs, or at least know when something is wrong.
Canopy Piloting Course
They are suitable for everyone – from recent AFF graduates to skydivers with thousands of jumps, for jumps with a smaller wing or swooping.
Relative work
We can teach you how to fly together in pairs, threes or a total of 5 people while having fun safely.
Coach course
Our instructor examiners can help you with the first step – a pedagogical course for new coaches ready to grow as instructors.
Internationally certified instructors
Apart from Hristo Kilikchiev, who is the only one certified by USPA in the Balkans tandem examiner, every year we also welcome international examiners and instructors.
Ernesto Gainza is a four-time Guinness World Record holder who jumped with the smallest parachute in the world – the size of a bed sheet. He is one of the biggest names in the world of professional skydiving and a good friend of ours.
